1. Governance and Fiscal Responsibility
Establish Compassionate Governance: prioritize respect, kindness, and citizen-focused leadership.
Budget Reform & Fiscal Discipline: ensure responsible city spending, transparency, and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.
Dedicate 100% of the mayoral salary to charitable initiatives that benefit New Yorkers.
Expand the use of federal grants and private partnerships to finance infrastructure, housing, and community projects without overburdening taxpayers .
2. Education and Technology
Guarantee free and equitable access to education at every level.
Establish Community Computer & Learning Centers in all boroughs to provide free internet, courses, certifications, and pathways to university degrees .
Pass legislation ensuring no student misses school because of lack of transportation or meals.
Invest in digital literacy and AI education programs to prepare New Yorkers for the future economy .
3. Housing and Social Justice
Introduce a Comprehensive Affordable Housing Act:
Audit current housing inventory.
Use federal and state funds to fast-track affordable housing development.
Create supportive housing legislation targeting homelessness and mental health needs .
Strengthen protections and assistance for single mothers, veterans, and working families.
4. Public Health and Clean Environment
Launch a Clean New York Initiative:
Remove drugs and waste from city streets and subways.
Employ and train New Yorkers in sanitation and beautification jobs .
Introduce Public Health Equity Legislation: expand free and low-cost clinics in underserved communities.
Prioritize mental health care with mobile response teams and integrated support centers.
5. Arts, Culture, and Heritage
Create legislation for Cultural Renaissance Centers: spaces for music, dance, and community arts in every borough .
Establish Art & Architecture Protection Law to safeguard New York’s Art Deco and historic landmarks.
Support “Restaurants of Hearts” Program: provide nutritious food for those in need through public-private partnerships.
Fund local artists and cultural organizations through federal and city cultural grants .
